Carlos Molina, Vacation Homes Associate
Carlos joins Windermere Vacation Home Rentals after successfully running his own cleaning service that he developed, maintained, and monitored day-to-day operations. Prior to owning and operating his own business Carlos had over 12 years experience in the hospitality industry in both hotels and restaurants, where he developed a skilled eye for detail, quality assurance, and customer service. Carlos is committed to providing excellent customer service assuring our guests of having the most positive vacation rental experience.


Bob Bennion, Principal
Prior to his affiliation with Windermere Real Estate Co. in Seattle in 1998, Bob Bennion served with the Dover Group for six years, where he was among the top 1 percent of all producers. He is a licensed real estate agent in California and also maintains a broker's license in Washington. Bob Bennion is currently an officer in both the Seattle Condominium Network Association, an organization reserved for the top 30 producing condominium agents in the city, as well as the Forum 22 club, an organization for Seattle's top residential real estate agents. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Seattle University and has served as vice president for real estate leasing, sales, and acquisitions for a private company. He also established a successful financial consulting business focusing on shopping centers and their Triple A tenants.

Bob Deville, Principal
Bob Deville has worked in real estate since 1971. Before becoming affiliated with Windermere Real Estate Co. in Seattle in 1999, Bob Deville registered his real estate license with the Dover Group, where he too was among the company's top 1 percent of all producers. A licensed real estate agent in California, and Washington, he also maintains a broker's license in both states. Bob Deville earned a master's in business administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He has managed a family-owned shopping center, overseeing all day-to-day operations, leasing contacts for Triple A tenants, and land acquisition and development. He also owned and managed a residential real estate investment company for nearly 10 years.
