BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RENTAL TO ANYONE

Liability waiver must be signed and dated by all guests prior to arrival (parents/guardians shall sign and date for children and their responsible parties)

One month minimum stay required for this rental

In the event a reservation is canceled less than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival, all deposits shall be nonrefundable and handled at the sole discretion of Windermere Vacation Home Rentals.

PAYMENT POLICIES AND RENTAL RATES
Rental/Deposits/Fees (6 Seton Court)

  • Checks, money orders & major credit cards only.

  • $2850.00 damage/security deposit is required.
  • Total rental fee and security due 30 days prior to arrival

  • Personal checks will not be accepted less than two weeks before arrival.

  • $155.00 nonrefundable, departure cleaning fee required

  • 9% City of Rancho Mirage bed tax required two week prior to arrival

  • Lost key charge of $50.00 from deposit if applicable

  • Lost garage door opener of $100.00 from deposit if applicable

  • Lost automatic gate opener of $100.00 from deposit if applicable

  • All refundable deposits shall be returned via mail and postmarked no later than 1 week from scheduled departure date

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Pets are not permitted on all properties. (See Pet Policy)

  • Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home under any circumstances. If smoking occurs inside the home the full damage/security deposit shall become nonrefundable

  • Access for scheduled pool maintenance shall be available twice a week

  • Access for grounds keeper and landscaping shall be available once a week

  • Access to entire property shall be made available to owners and/or the property manager with a two-hour notice. If direct contact can not be made the owners and/or property manager shall be granted access. Emergency situations shall have immediate access.

  • Unless prior arrangements have been made with the land-lord, check-in shall be 11:00 a.m. and check out shall be 3:00 p.m.

  • Telephone service is for local calls only, no long distance calls or fax calls are allowed
  • Pet Policy (dogs and cats only)
  • Pets allowed only when notification is made at time of placing reservation.
  • Tenant agrees to sign liability waiver for pet(s)
  • $300.00 additional damage/security deposit required for each pet.
  • Full deposit is required prior to rental confirmation.
  • $200.00 nonrefundable departure cleaning fee is required (this is in addition to the $155.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee). All properties with pets are treated for fleas, ticks, etc. after each pet departure.
