Due to our high volume of repeat clients from year to year, reservations are strongly recommended at least three months in advance. Our properties are located within minutes of the new Palm Springs airport, within a bike ride to vibrant downtown Palm Springs, and all enjoy mesmerizing mountain views with spellbinding sunrises and sunsets. Located in premier neighborhoods and on renowned golf courses, with private gated grounds, swimming pools, and some with tennis courts, our rental properties are always in high demand 12 months out of the year. Each of our rental properties has a description of its amenities and pricing schedule. Just click on "More Information" next to the property that interests you. Our rental program is for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Some properties however will accept a 2-night booking. Due to the limited number of high end properties, deposits are not refundable for cancellation less than 31 days prior to scheduled arrival. |
